2 Support Workers are required to join a welcoming Northern Trust Adult Centre in Cookstown, supporting
adults with learning disabilities in a friendly and supportive day centre environment.
The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities while encouraging independence, promoting
choice, and helping individuals develop their skills and confidence. You will assist with daily activities, social
interaction, and personal development, as well as accompany service users on community outings and
recreational activities.
You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred support and help create a
positive and inclusive environment where service users can thrive.
The position isMonday to Friday, 9.30am to 3.30pm, with no evenings or weekends required. The rate of pay
is £12.75 per hour, and the role is offered on a temporary ongoing contract for a minimum of 3 months,
with excellent potential for extension.

What We Need From You
- 3 months experience in a Healthcare Setting, including personal care (preferable with Learning
Disabilities)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
An Enhanced Access NI check is required before starting
To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
