The Family Gateway Contact Officer role sits within Cardiff Council’s Family Advice & Support Protection Hub. You will provide high-quality information and advice to families and professionals, coordinating multiple referrals without carrying a caseload to ensure timely support.

The post requires an Enhanced DBS and immediate availability. UK right to work is a must; the contract is 3 months with potential extension at client discretion.
