Transport Customer Support Specialist

TfGM is building a talent pool of Customer Support Officers for permanent and fixed-term opportunities in Greater Manchester. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and in writing, including travel passes and Local Link reservations, and supporting Bee Network queries.

The role offers a friendly, inclusive team environment with a comprehensive training programme and a 12.5% shift allowance on rota shifts between 7am–8pm (Mon–Fri) and 8am–8pm (weekends).
