Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
• Handle sales and purchases, leasehold work, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity
• Work within a dynamic team to support clients and maintain service levels
• Contribute to client relationships and case progression in a hybrid working environment

Key requirements

• Minimum 3 years PQE in residential property
• Experience of independently managing own caseload
• Solid experience across sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build and transfers of equity
