In this role you will join a regional law firm to handle high-quality corporate matters from day one, focusing on complex transactions. You will work as part of the Corporate team in Bournemouth, advising on M&A, restructurings, and joint ventures while building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
• Managing your own caseload and supporting senior team members on larger transactions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Delivering commercially focused legal advice
• Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
• Enhancing the firm’s profile across the South Coast and beyond

Key requirements

• 4-6 years’ PQE in corporate law
• A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge
• Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
• Proven business development experience
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• An existing network of referrers or the ability to bring clients (highly desirable)
