Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer

I’m currently working with a well-established and growing law firm looking to appoint an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join their expanding Private Client team in one of their Merseyside offices.
This opportunity is ideal for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with strong Private Client experience who enjoys managing their own caseload and delivering exceptional client care.
Key responsibilities:
· Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts & Probate matters
· Advising on wills, estate administration, probate, tax planning and LPAs
· Building strong client relationships and providing a compassionate service
· Networking and supporting business development activities
· Ensuring compliance with SRA and firm regulations
What we’re looking for:
· Ideally 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
· Strong technical knowledge of Private Client work
· Ability to manage a caseload independently
· Excellent communication and client care skills
· Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
