Responsibilities

• Manage a varied docket of telecoms and real estate disputes including rights of light, covenants, misrepresentation, and landlord-tenant issues
• Run own cases independently while collaborating with senior leaders on complex matters
• Contribute to high-value disputes for diverse clients and leverage Telecoms Code expertise
• Engage with cross-office specialists and support networks to deliver top-tier outcomes
• Support business development and client service in a growth-focused environment

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE preferred (open to variation)
• Bristol base preferred, with flexibility across offices
• Telecoms sector experience and knowledge of the Telecommunications Code advantageous
