Our client is one of the UK’s most respected plumbing businesses with locations spread across the UK. They’ve built a reputation as a specialist merchant plumbing, heating, and bathroom products for the trade and retail. They are currently looking for an **Assistant Profit Centre Manager** to be based at their **Northampton** branch.

• Grow sales & Trading numbers
• Have the capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst driving sales and maximising the Branch’s profitability
• Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained in Branch by providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service with a hands-on customer focused approach
• Proactively engage with existing and potential future customers
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative

• Negotiable base salary depending on experience
• Profit share scheme
