Forward Deployed Engineer AI – Asset Management

Overview

In this role you will design and deliver AI-powered solutions for an asset management firm, bridging research, operations and client reporting. You will build practical integrations and automated workflows on the AI Platform, focusing on governance, data access and reliability. You will monitor adoption, measure business outcomes and refine models to meet real-world scenarios. You will collaborate with platform and development teams to align delivery with the roadmap, driving impact across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build applications, agents and automated workflows on the AI Platform with data connections and integrations
• Ensure engineering governance: data access, security, testing, reliability and cost
• Evaluate model outputs against business scenarios and refine prompts and data
• Monitor adoption and business outcomes; drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with platform and development teams to clarify delivery and support responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into reusable technical approaches

Key requirements

• Asset Management knowledge with experience in investment research, operations or client reporting
• Strong software engineering foundations; build usable applications and APIs
• Hands-on AI-assisted development and data-model integration with awareness of limitations
• Advanced problem solving and product judgment; ability to distinguish needs from features
• Collaborative, pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills
• Degree in STEM with a 2.1 or above from a top-tier university
