• up to 65,000 basic + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operation
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for a top tier COMAH site
• Inspire, coach and develop the engineering team; support succession planning
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Engineering maintenance background in Electrical Engineering, EC&I or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working on COMAH facilities and applying safety practices
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities
