As an Engineering Manager in London, you lead a squad building privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for Flo’s global user base. You align technical delivery with product goals, shipping reliable, scalable systems that protect user data. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to turn ideas into impact, and coach engineers to grow in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. This role offers the chance to shape patient-centric digital health at scale and contribute to Flo’s mission.

Key requirements

• 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
• Experience building distributed systems at scale
• 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams
• Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
• Strong product mindset – you care about the user, not just the stack
