On site manager – Anwick
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an On site manager to work with a leading food production company in Anwick. You will lead operations, managing a team of 11 coordinators and recruiters while supporting a workforce of over 350 production operatives. Your focus will be on recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, payroll accuracy, and employee engagement to ensure excellent service delivery.
Shift patterns:* 09:00 – 17:00 | Mon – Fri | Fixed
Pay rates:* 16.82 GBP hourly
Essential requirements for On site manager:* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role* Strong industrial recruitment background* Proven ability to manage and develop a large team* Good understanding of UK right to work legislation and worker rights* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines* Knowledge of the local jobs market* Proficient IT skills, including good knowledge of Google sheets
