Your new role As a Civil Engineer within the Water team, you will play a key role in the delivery of a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design.Key duties will include:
- Civil design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
- Preparation of technical drawings, reports and design calculations
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project solutions
- Supporting the delivery of projects in line with programme, budget and quality requirements
- Liaising with clients, contractors and key stakeholders
- Assisting with site visits, inspections and project meetings
- Contributing to sustainable and innovative engineering solutions
What you’ll need to succeed
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience working within a consultancy, contractor or utility environment
- Knowledge of water, wastewater, drainage or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in civil engineering design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage or similar
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Working towards professional chartership (ICE or equivalent) would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred
