Commercial Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and property finance while driving the growth of the department. You will build strong client relationships, support junior fee earners, and engage in networking and business development. The position blends independent work with team collaboration within a supportive Bristol-based firm. It offers a chance to shape high-quality commercial property work and contribute to the firm’s expansion, with hybrid working after probation.

Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance
• Managing transactions from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team development
• Participating in networking and business development activities
• Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice

Key requirements

• At least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
• Strong technical knowledge and broad experience across the sector
