We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bangor to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor at NQ-3 years PQE.
With an established local client base and a strong pipeline of residential property work, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy property team, develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility as your career progresses.

The Opportunity
You’ll manage a varied caseload of Northern Ireland residential conveyancing matters, working closely with clients and other professionals to deliver a smooth, efficient and client-focused service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing residential sales and purchases from instruction through to completion.
Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Reviewing title documentation, dealing with searches and enquiries, drafting contracts and managing post-completion matters.
Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Contributing to the continued success of a busy and established property team.
There will also be opportunities to broaden your wider property experience over time, depending on your interests and existing expertise.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with a Northern Ireland-qualified Solicitor with practical experience in residential conveyancing who is motivated to develop their career.
You’ll ideally bring:
Qualification as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland.
Experience handling Northern Ireland residential conveyancing files.
A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process.
Strong technical, drafting and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
A proactive, detail-oriented and commercially aware approach.
The ambition to develop your expertise and take on greater responsibility.
You don’t need years of experience to make your next move count. We’re particularly interested in candidates at NQ-3 years PQE who are keen to learn, build their reputation and grow within a supportive team.
