What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing long-term client relationships
- Winning new business and expanding existing accounts
- Recruiting technology professionals across specialist markets
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Negotiating commercial agreements and terms
- Becoming a trusted advisor within your market
- Developing junior consultants and sharing best practices
- Working towards individual and team revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in technology recruitment
- Proven track record of billing and business development
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and target-driven
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated by success
