Responsibilities

• Support delivery of key business performance targets
• Manage and support the Technical team and external consultants
• Assist Planning Department with planning process; provide accurate technical information for planning applications
• Lead and guide teams on new build schemes
• Coordinate and manage design meetings across departments; track actions and outcomes
• Prepare and maintain design programmes and progress reports for management
• Ensure compliance with design and technical documentation

Key requirements

• Degree Qualified / HNC / ONC
• Bid writing and bid management
• Experience overseeing diverse projects
• AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• Design and engineering construction knowledge
• Building Regulations knowledge
• NHBC legislation awareness
• Planning legislation awareness
• Strong problem-solving with minimal instruction
• Customer-facing presentation skills
