Business Manager

Overview

In this role you will provide operational and business management leadership within the Vascular Surgery Service as part of the Trauma and Related Services CSU. You will build professional relationships with key stakeholders to support service functions and ensure high-quality, safe patient care. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor access delivery, maintain financial balance, and drive service improvements with your leadership team. This role offers a meaningful impact on patient care and hospital performance within LTHT’s values and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of service delivery
• Monitor access delivery performance in line with LTHT Trust policies
• Maintain fiscal balance and drive service improvement
• Lead and support a motivated team to deliver agreed business plans
• Develop professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to support CSU business functions
