Overview

In this role, you will handle a varied personal injury portfolio within a respected national insurance team in Bristol. You will manage your own caseload across multiple tracks while supporting colleagues on more complex matters, developing client relationships and contributing to business development. The position offers collaboration across a supportive team culture, with opportunities to work on fast track to multi-track claims, product liability and health & safety matters. Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with personal injury claims across multiple tracks
• Provide clear, timely and commercially focused advice
• Deliver high quality client service aligned with SLAs
• Capture and collate Management Information for clients
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and service delivery
• Attend client events and occasional travel (primarily to London)
• Work collaboratively within a supportive, inclusive team culture

Key requirements

• NQ-2 years’ PQE
• Strong grounding in personal injury and fast track litigation
• Interest or experience in product liability and health & safety matters
• Solid understanding of legal procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to build trusted client relationships
• Commercial awareness and efficient working practices
• Commitment to business development and team contribution
