Residential Team Leader – Children’s Mental Health & Care

Atrium Healthcare is seeking a Team Leader to support children in a residential setting in Hull. Working with the registered manager, you will help create a safe, nurturing environment and deliver tailored care to children with diverse needs.

You will motivate, empower and provide emotional support, develop individual care plans with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure safeguarding principles are followed. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are required due to location.
