Retail Security Officer – Deterrence & Customer Care

OCS UK & Ireland in Tiverton is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff and stock within a busy retail environment. You will act as a visible deterrent, deliver excellent customer service, and respond quickly to incidents, while maintaining high security standards.

The role requires strong observation skills, a valid SIA license, and flexibility to work days including weekends and bank holidays. You will work as part of a wider security team to ensure safe store operations.
