We are seeking a talented chef with experience as a Head Chef and a background in bistro or grill cuisine to join our restaurant team.. .

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to a high standard..
• Create appealing dishes inspired by current bistro trends and flavours..
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop recipes using seasonal ingredients..
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards..
• Work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen while managing multiple tasks..

Salary: £45,000 – £47,500 yearly
