Senior Support Engineer — Hybrid MSP Networking & Cloud

boxxe is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team in a hybrid role across Hemel Hempstead and London. You will fix escalated issues, develop custom environments, and deliver projects for diverse customers.

The role requires experience with Azure, 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server and firewall/security solutions. You will mentor 1st/2nd line teams and participate in on-call rotations.
