Controls and Robotics Engineer (Highly Autonomous)

Overview

In this highly autonomous role you design, program and commission bespoke control and robotic systems for diverse projects. You will own automation work from concept through to handover, and support installations across the UK and internationally. You’ll join a specialist engineering team delivering turnkey automation for major customers, with emphasis on technical excellence and professional growth. Responsibilities

• Design, program, integrate and commission PLC, HMI, SCADA, network and robotic systems
• Own automation projects from concept through to build, commissioning and handover
• Install, commission, fault-find and provide customer support across the UK and internationally

Key requirements

• Proven experience in industrial controls and robotics
• PLC programming experience using Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens
• Experience programming and integrating industrial robots
