Overview

In this role, you lead the Business Applications and Platforms Practice for the UK & Ireland, building a world-class enterprise applications capability across Oracle and Microsoft platforms. You drive practice growth, support sector revenue targets, and ensure successful client delivery through global delivery centers. You’ll shape strategy, talent development, presales, and cross-border collaboration to deliver transformative outcomes for clients. The position offers influence across major tech stacks and a path to expand the practice into additional platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Practice
• Build and enhance capabilities in Oracle and Microsoft platforms; plan phased expansion
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies
• Support revenue growth through solutioning, architecture design, and client presentations
• Lead delivery oversight to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction; establish delivery KPIs
• Leverage global delivery centers for scalable execution and align cross-border teams
• Lead and mentor a diverse team; drive talent acquisition, retention, and development

Key requirements

• 10+ years in leading enterprise application practices or large-scale delivery teams
• Strong expertise in Oracle and Microsoft enterprise platforms
• Proven success in presales, solutioning, and client engagement
• Experience managing delivery with global teams and matrix management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
