Sales Operations, Go to Market (GTM)

Overview

In this role you lead data-driven sales operations for the WWSO organization, focusing on GenAIML pillars and collaborating with EMEA leadership to drive revenue growth. You will standardize processes, manage forecasting, and ensure data quality while supporting AI-enabled workflows that boost seller productivity. You contribute to quarterly reviews, pipeline health, and cross-functional initiatives to elevate operational excellence in a fast-growing environment. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape GTM systems and enable AI-driven sales insights across the team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standardized sales processes, metrics, and KPI definitions, including territories, quotas, and goal cascades
• Oversee pipeline qualification, data attribution, and data quality for accurate reporting and forecasting
• Support AI-human collaboration by optimizing AI sales intelligence tools and automated workflows for better seller efficiency
• Analyze win/loss data, conversion rates, goal attainment, and forecast accuracy to spot risks and opportunities
• Prepare and drive regular business reviews emphasizing pipeline health and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional projects and escalations, driving initiatives to green, and support sales tools training and adoption

Key requirements

• Experience in leadership roles within sales operations, strategy, finance, or related fields
• Experience in a sales organization with familiarity with sales data, processes, and policies
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
• Experience developing and implementing CRM, compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, and Salesforce automation tools
• Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable deliverables
• 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
