VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across around 80 manual and automated processes. You will support dealers and stakeholders, handling inquiries by phone or email and ensuring tasks meet SLAs in a high-paced environment.
The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple products and processes to resolve complex queries and ensure liquidity for VWG dealer networks.
