Community IPS Employment Specialist – Mental Health

Devon Partnership Trust seeks an Employment Specialist to join the Workways IPS team, collaborating with Early Intervention Teams across Torbay, South & West Devon. The role is based in Exminster with community-based activities and close supervision from the Workways team.

You will support service users to gain paid employment via IPS, while guiding education and training progression within the IPS framework, and building employer partnerships to expand opportunities.
