Student Residence Concierge & Front Desk Specialist

Homes for Students in Glasgow is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to join our student accommodation team. You will deliver a warm welcome, assist with reception duties and provide help desk support on a 40-hour week, 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

You will handle inquiries via email, phone and in person, support open days and provide administrative help to the operations team and General Manager. Strong IT and customer care skills are essential.
