Dental Nurse (Part Time) – Bournemouth, Dorset

MBR Dental is currently assisting a private dental practice in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit a Dental Nurse for a permanent position.

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm.

Salary

£22,000 – £24,000 per annum (monthly pay, depending on experience).

About the Role

As a Dental Nurse, you will support the clinical team by delivering excellent patient care and assisting with a range of duties, including:

Responsibilities

• Chairside support during dental procedures.
• Providing exceptional patient care and support.
• Infection prevention and control.
• Instrument decontamination and surgery preparation.
• Maintaining dental equipment and clinical areas.
• Occasional reception duties.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and practice protocols.

The practice offers a range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry within a modern private practice environment.

About You

• Be registered with the GDC.
• Hold a valid DBS certificate.
• Have at least 1 year’s dental nursing experience.
• Ideally have experience using Dentally software.
• Be organised, reliable and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
