Care Worker – Extra Care with Career Progression

Housing 21 is seeking a friendly Care Worker in Stratford-upon-Avon to support residents living in our Extra Care schemes. The role is 28 hours per week, temporary maternity cover from 23 November 2026 to January 2028, with early/late shifts and some weekends.

You’ll build relationships with residents and work as part of a supportive team. No prior experience is required, but kindness, good English, reliability and a willingness to train are essential.
