Location: Teddington, Southwest LondonSalary: 27,706 per annum (plus a 2,000 per annum driving allowance where applicable)

Are you passionate about creating clean, safe, and welcoming communities? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team. This role could be based on any one of our estates across Richmond, Hounslow or Kingston Borough.
As a key member of our Caretaking Team, you’ll help maintain high standards across our estates by carrying out cleaning duties, reporting repairs, identifying safety hazards, removing graffiti, litter picking, and supporting a positive living environment for residents.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering excellent customer service
- Experience in cleaning and the safe use of cleaning materials
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to health and safety standards
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT skills
