Deputy Manager – Care Home Lead (Flexible Hours)

Sanctuary Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for Meadow View Residential Care Home in Hersden, Canterbury, Kent. You will support the Home Manager, lead colleagues to deliver personalised, high‑quality care, and build trusted relationships with residents and families.

This 40‑hour‑per‑week role offers £46,571.20 per annum plus a strong package including health support, life insurance, pension, training and flexible working. Nursing experience and a full driving licence are desirable.
