HR Pay Framework Lead — 6‑Month Contract (Remote)

Inclusive Education Trust is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a six-month project to develop and implement a common pay framework across the Trust. The role is to run a 6-month, 2-days-per-week engagement, with a self-employed contract for services inside IR35, offering a day rate of £270–£300.
