Training Manager

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:30pm
• Salary: Competitive

We’re currently searching for an experienced Training Manager to lead training and capability development across a busy manufacturing site based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading training activities within regulated manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the site training strategy
• Lead and develop trainers and training coordinators
• Manage competency frameworks, training matrices and the LMS
• Ensure training compliance across GMP, Quality and Health & Safety
• Identify skills gaps and deliver effective learning programmes
• Drive continuous improvement across training and capability
