Community Support Worker – Mental Health Outreach

Touchstone is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the Community Support Team in Leeds. The role provides intensive mental health support to service users with complex needs, employing assertive outreach and close liaison with Community Mental Health Teams.

37 hours a week, fixed-term until 30 June 2028 with a possible extension. Experience in mental health work in residential/day care/community settings is preferred; NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable.
