Quality Assurance Technician — Root Cause & CAPA

Redline Group Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing operation. You will manage NCRs, investigate non-conformances and drive corrective actions to maintain product quality and compliance.

In collaboration with Production, Engineering and Purchasing, you will conduct internal audits, support CAPA processes and promote continuous improvement across the site. The role requires attention to detail, a methodical approach, and strong documentation skills.
