We are looking for experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join a busy operation in Immingham, with a strong focus on bagging and material handling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver looking for flexible shifts and strong earning potential, with rates of up to £25 per hour.
Your earnings are linked to tonnage – the more you bag, the more you can earn!
The Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in the bagging operation, safely operating FLT equipment while supporting the movement and handling of materials.
Your duties will include:
- Operating a forklift as part of the bagging operation
- Moving and handling bagged products
- Loading and unloading materials
- Moving products and materials around the site
- Supporting the bagging process and maintaining productivity
- Working towards tonnage and productivity targets
- Completing daily pre-use FLT checks
- Reporting any mechanical or safety issues
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures

The role offers earning potential of up to £25 per hour, with pay linked to the amount of tonnage being bagged.

What We’re Looking For
- Valid Forklift Licence – Counterbalance/ B1, B2 or B3
- Previous FLT driving experience
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience in warehouse, port, manufacturing or logistics environments
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work towards productivity targets
- Flexible to work days, nights and weekends
Desirable Experience
- Experience within a bagging operation
- Port, dock or industrial FLT experience
- Experience handling bulk materials
- Additional plant tickets, such as loading shovel, telehandler or tug driver
