You’ll be joining an experienced, high-performing and supportive team, working alongside a successful consultant.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a large geographical area, building relationships with existing clients while proactively winning new business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Generating new business through proactive B2B sales activity
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Visiting clients to understand their recruitment requirements and workforce challenges
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing temporary and contract candidates
