We’re looking for 5 caring, enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to join specialist schools across Oxford.

No previous SEN experience? No problem! We’re also keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience, including:

• Teaching/learning support or youth work
• Care, support work or healthcare
• Nursery/early years
• Sports coaching or mentoring
• Customer service, hospitality or other people-focused roles
• Parents/carers with relevant experience

We’re looking for people who are patient, compassionate, reliable and confident working with children and young people.
