Care Home Assistant Manager – Dementia Care Lead

Medical Update Online in St Albans is seeking a Care Home Assistant Manager to join their team. The role involves supporting the Home Manager and Deputy in running the home efficiently, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality care to residents.

The successful candidate should have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in dementia care. The post requires working every other weekend and one week on; two days off in the week when weekends are worked.
