Community Wellbeing Practitioner (Non-Clinical)

Change Mental Health is recruiting for a Practitioner to deliver non-clinical, person‑centred mental health support in its Dumfries and Annan hubs. You will facilitate group activities, provide 1:1 support, and help people engage, build confidence and resilience within a welcoming, safe environment.

You will work closely with colleagues to run daily services, maintain records, and signpost to wider community resources while upholding the organisation’s values and safeguarding policies.
