Lead Prison Nurse — Primary & Urgent Care

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a senior nurse at HMP Swaleside to deliver a nurse-led integrated primary care service and operate a specialist practice-based model of care within the prison.

You will coordinate the Healthcare Team on a day-to-day basis, support junior colleagues and ensure systems for clinical supervision. The role includes urgent care, routine health screening, long‑term condition management and care planning to support patients throughout their time in custody.
