Governance Lead: Safety, Security & Frameworks

Southern Water invites applications for the Safety & Security Frameworks Governance Lead, based in Durrington with hybrid working. You will own the governance framework for health, safety and security, drive policy development, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements to reduce risk and strengthen safety culture.

You will coordinate governance reporting to senior forums, manage documentation, and support regulatory readiness across multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.
