Project: Exhibition Centre – Toilet Upgrade Works

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee toilet upgrade works at an exhibition centre in East London.

Requirements

• SMSTS – essential
• CSCS – essential
• First Aid at Work – essential
• Previous experience managing construction/refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of health & safety and site procedures
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, labour and deliveries
• Good communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the works
• Liaising with the client and project team
• Supervising subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard
• Managing site health & safety and documentation
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues on site
