Social Worker – Child & Family Services (Hybrid + Loyalty Bonus)

Southend on Sea City Council is looking for a Social Worker to join the newly formed Families First programme on a permanent basis. Salary up to £45,100 per annum, with a £7,500 loyalty payment over 3 years. The role requires a Social Work qualification and a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.

The team focuses on safeguarding and care planning for children, with flexible hybrid working and occasional office attendance across the month. A driving licence is helpful but not essential.
