Store Supervisor (Part-Time) — Train & Lead Customer Service

The Yorkshire Trading Company is seeking a Part-time Retail Assistant for our Bourne store. You will support the store manager, deputise in their absence, help train staff, maintain displays and stock, and deliver friendly customer service on the shop floor.

You will handle cashing up, price checks, and guide customers to products. The role involves a weekend rota, 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata, a staff discount after induction, and a workplace pension. 24 hours over 3 days.
