Night-Shift Site Manager: Joinery & Finishing Lead

Key Grp Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to lead commercial projects across the UK, coordinating joinery, finishing and snagging as required. You will manage day-to-day site operations and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will supervise site teams and subcontractors, monitor progress, review RAMS, and provide regular client updates. The role involves night shifts Sunday to Thursday and travel to sites across the UK.
