Strategic Commercial Property & Asset Manager (12‑Month)

Andy File Associates Ltd’s client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee and maximise the performance of a diverse property and transport estate. Reporting to Head of Facilities & Asset Management, you will manage the property portfolio, contracts and identify commercial opportunities to deliver value for money.

This role combines property and asset management, facilities oversight, procurement and supplier management.
