Personal Care Assistant

We are looking for caring, committed and reliable individuals to join our dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Team.

You will support pupils and students with their personal care and toileting needs, helping to maintain their dignity, comfort, health and wellbeing throughout the school day. Working as part of a supportive team, you will contribute to a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a caring, support or personal care role
• Understands the importance of dignity, privacy and person-centred care
• Is compassionate, patient and professional
• Works effectively as part of a team
• Has good attention to detail and can follow care plans and procedures
• Is flexible and willing to work across New Bridge sites when required

Salary & Benefits

Salary: NJC point 3 – £25,614 (full time/ full year)

Actual salary: £20,318 per annum

Hours: 34 hours / Term Time only (195 days)
